Confirmation of your booking
We are pleased to confirm your reservation for a 3X6 m stand from 13th to 15th May including the following features:
• three steps leading to the stand
• a round table with six chairs
• a kitchenette separated by a curtain with hot and cold running water
• basic fair equipment including crockery, glasses etc and a kettle (essential)
• sufficient electrical sockets
• telephone, fax and internet connections
• dark blue carpet throughout
• possibility to install display panels
The total price for 3 days including assembling and disassembling comes up to 6,250 Euros, payable in advance by bank transfer. The telephone and electricity charges will be paid for on the last day of fair.
We enclose a prospectus together with a site plan. In addition you get a map, a hotel guide and further Iists of the fair outfitters offering services for the exhibitors.

Hotel Reservation 5th to 10th May
Dear Sir or Madam
Our company wishes to visit the Household Fair in Birmingham next month. This is why we would like to make the following reservation:
6 single rooms and 2 double ensuite rooms for six nights from 5th to 10th May.
Please confirm this booking by fax.
In addition we will require a conference room equipped with an overhead projector, flipchart, satellite TV, a laser colour printer as well as a telephone and fax connection. After the presentation we intend to have a warm buffet with drinks for 30 guests.
We kindly ask you to submit a firm offer for the rent of the conference room and the warm buffet. If your offer meets our requirements we will send you a written order.
Moreover we would like to ask the following questions:
1. Do you need a deposit for our booking ?
2. Could you pick up our guests at the airport?

My company will be exhibiting its products in Birmingham during the above mentioned Household Fair.
Therefore we require a stand with a size of 15m x 10m x 4m with a back room for conferences and sales talks equipped with a wooden conference table and 6 upholstered leather chairs.
The stand should have the following Features:
• a lockable cupboard
• a wardrobe
• a small kitchen with appropriate equipment (cold and hot running water)
• normal stand furniture (preferably wicker furniture or of similar material )
• two big shelves for our table Iamps
• enough 220-240 v electrical sockets to display 1 present exhibit our Iamps (at least 20)
• computer, fax and telephone links / access on the stand
We kindly ask you to send us your detailed offer with your fair catalogue including all necessary data.
Could you also let us know if assembling and disassembling of the stand is included in the price?

Stand at the Natural Beaut Fair 1-5 December
My company will be exhibiting its products in Harrogate this December and wishes to be allocated a stand in the main exhibition area.
We will need one measuring 5m x 4m with a counter at the front and a back room. As regards fixtures and fittings we require:
- 3 electrical sockets
- a sink with hot and cold water taps
- bright lighting (halogen?) and fitted carpet throughout
- 2 display panels, measuring approx. 1.5 m x 2 m
- 2 literature racks
Will-you also be able to put up posters to advertise our company’s stand?
If so, we would like you to start advertising 2 months in advance, both locally and nationally.
If you are unable to supply any of the features requested we would be grateful if you would recommend suitable contractors to us.
